At DreamCatchers, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase; however, due to the nature of hair extensions, we only accept returns on unopened and unused products in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Verify Eligibility

  Ensure the security seal is intact and the hair has not been removed from the cardboard backing, as opened bundles cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.

  Request Authorization

  Contact our support team with your order number to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and a prepaid shipping label.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely package your items in the original box, include your packing slip, and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our quality control team verifies the product's condition, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
